• Detailed product development using original plans/arrangements, photographs and other graphic imagery to achieve precise scaling, livery and badging

• Over 20 qualified model carvers and livery artists including a Maritime Architect

• Carefully-selected raw material inputs including kiln-dried and fumigated mahogany, paint, resins and metalware

• Components ALL handcrafted including ship hulls, superstructures, railings, ladders, aircraft engines, aircraft antennae, armaments etc

• Livery, badges, crests and flags ALL hand-painted (no decals that rub-off over time)

• Involves a number of stages incorporating the uniquely-designed GTrans 12 Milestone Production and Quality Assurance Mechanism

• Clients kept fully informed throughout production by way of email contact and photographs to confirm on-going quality and to ensure ‘on time’ delivery

Quality Assurance

• Each Milestone signed-off after rigorous quality checking by supervisors and independent assessors
