Delivery Times

Delivery is determined by production scheduling and will be discussed with the client at the time of ordering.  As a rule-of-thumb, the following can be used as a guide:

• In-stock Inventory:            2-3 weeks    (average 2 weeks)
• Larger Detailed Vessels:     3-4  months (average 3.5 months)
• Moulded-Resin vessels:      4-6 weeks    (average 5 weeks)
• Small Resin vessels:          3-6 weeks    (average 3.5 weeks)
• Aircraft Models:                  3-6 weeks    (average 4 weeks)
• Other:                              as discussed

Packaging

• Strong custom built wooden packaging for larger vessels
• Strong cardboard presentation boxes for smaller  resin-moulded vessels
• High-density foam and strong cardboard boxes for all aircraft models
• Other models are freighted in cardboard or wooden packaging depending on size and fragility

Freight and Insurance

A number of freight options are available and will be charged ‘at cost’  and added to the GTrans invoice

• For domestic clients, Australia Post standard mail services or Express Post
• For international buyers, Australia Post standard international postage or EMS
• Clients will be quoted rates on order  and may nominate their preferred freight method or freight company
• Insurance can be arranged through Australia Post and will be charged ‘at cost’, however, clients may nominate their own preferred insurance company

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that products are damaged in transit, GTrans will replace the model upon receipt of the returned article.
